SHIPPING POLICY

All items are available for shipping as well as pick up or drop off for local customers.

All shipping windows are for business days.

Please note our shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

If your package is returned to us due to a buyer error (wrong address entered, etc.), you are responsible for purchasing additional shipping to have the item re-shipped to you.

Once packages are marked "delivered" by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Make sure to ship your package to a secure address where the mail carrier can leave the package. If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping. You can also inquire about your package with your local post office. Sometimes they mark packages as delivered but hold on to them if they weren’t able to find a safe spot.

We are not responsible for additional import tax on international shipment. If the package is returned to sender due to a fail to pay possible import tax or pick up items and the package is returned to us, we will offer a refund of the items purchased less the shipping cost and hold the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 Custom or personalized orders

 Perishable products (like food or flowers)

 Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Customers who would like to return their undamaged goods will pay return shipping cost. Customers that would like to return their undamaged goods and contact us after the 5-day post delivery time frame will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return shipping. These fees will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued after we have received the undamaged goods.
